1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. They are primarily directed at consumers. A consumer, for the purposes of these T&C, is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.
Entrepreneurs are any natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, act in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneurs purchasing products exclusively for their own use (i.e., not for resale or commercial distribution) are also subject to these T&C. Orders from companies for resale or commercial purposes are explicitly excluded.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with rosslight GmbH.
By listing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can initially place these products in your shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting your order, you can review and correct your entries at any time using the correction options provided in the ordering process.
The contract is concluded as soon as you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will then receive a confirmation email regarding the receipt of your order. This confirmation does not yet constitute an additional acceptance of the contract.
Note on the right of withdrawal:
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Entrepreneurs purchasing for their own use may be granted a voluntary right of withdrawal as described in our withdrawal policy. https://robotics.rosslight.de/cancellation-policy
The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Entrepreneurs purchasing for their own use may receive a voluntary right of withdrawal according to the conditions outlined in our withdrawal policy.
3. Contract Language and Storage of the Contract Text
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text including the order details and these Terms and Conditions. The order details and the T&C will be sent to the customer in text form (e.g., via email). For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet after completion of the order.
In accordance with § 312f BGB, we also provide the customer with the opportunity to permanently save the contract text, including the order details and the T&C, during the order process in a reproducible form (e.g., by downloading it as a PDF file).

The shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are charged separately. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if, despite having entered into congruent covering transactions (timely and adequate orders with our suppliers), we are not supplied without our own fault. In such a case, we will inform the customer without undue delay and immediately refund any payments already made.
